I completed the APNAT course, but I did not get a certificate . . .

The most common cause of this issue is that the learner took the Facilitator-led version of the course, which is for learners in a group setting with the quiz administered onsite.

If you are a remote learner taking the course on your own, please choose the "AT&T APNAT Self-Study" English or Spanish version of the course. Once you complete the content in that course, you will be able to take the quiz online. A passing score of 80% or more will be counted as a completed/passed result and you will see your certificate.

Please note that the certificate is for your convenience; an AT&T administrator must still approve your results and process your badge request for you. You will not be able to perform work on an AT&T site unless your badge is current.

When you complete your course online (self-study version) AND score at least 80% on the quiz, you'll see the ability to PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE listed below your results. Click that button and you'll download your certificate with completion details as a PDF, which you can print from your PC.

If you already completed the quiz and passed, and did not print your certificate, you may access this again at anytime by logging into the system, clicking on your user name at the top right of the screen, and scrolling down until you see Course Info section, and clicking on Certificate next to your current course and score.
